What to Include in a Bug Report

To help us reproduce an issue quickly, please include:

• The browser and operating system you are using (for example, Chrome on Windows).
• What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
• If a comparison result looked wrong: the two JSON documents (redacted if they contain sensitive data) and which difference looked incorrect.

Response Time

We usually reply within 1–2 business days. Feature suggestions are logged and prioritized by how many users request them, so do not hesitate to send yours.

Privacy Reminder

Remember: JSON Diff Hub never uploads your documents. If you choose to email us JSON samples, only send data you are comfortable sharing — redact tokens, emails, and personal identifiers first. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you send us.
